The '90s were some of the best years in the history of sports. From the Yankees conquering the World Series to the '94 Olympics, it was a decade filled with unforgettable sports moments. One athlete that stood out was none other than the Chicago Bulls legend, Michael Jordan. The star player made history in the NBA by winning scoring titles, voted in as league MVP numerous times, named to the All-NBA First Team and NBA All-Defensive First Team, and even became the first player to record a triple-double at the All-Star Game. The '90 were notorious for sports! With the NBA, NHL, MLB, and of course, NFL having some of the best athletes of all time, sports were all the rage. Although sports were important, films centered around athletics were also hugely popular. Adam Sandler starred in the hit film “Happy Gilmore”, which believe it or not, popularized the game of golf for the younger generation! While golf may not be the most exciting sport, Sandler managed to make golf a game worth playing, leading countless fans to hit the golf course.

Beta vulgaris. That's what chard is. Would you want to eat beta vulgaris? More importantly, would you want to answer quiz questions by a person whose chosen name (chardemagne) is a portmanteau of Charlemagne and Chard? Well, it turns out that vulgaris actually means "common" not "disgusting", in the original Latin. One wonders if chard was the second most common greenery available? But let's talk about Charlemagne instead, because rather than being vulgar or common, Charlemagne was an emperor, a medieval one, and a benevolent one. That's pretty impressive. To control vast swaths of Europe during the dark ages, bringing people together...I'll take that namesake. And my quizzes are just as good. I swear.
