Who invented the taco?
The original taco was invented in Mexico long before Spanish rule. The taco that we know today, filled with all the tasty toppings like lettuce and cheese originated around 100 years ago, in Baja California.

Beta vulgaris. That's what chard is. Would you want to eat beta vulgaris? More importantly, would you want to answer quiz questions by a person whose chosen name (chardemagne) is a portmanteau of Charlemagne and Chard? Well, it turns out that vulgaris actually means "common" not "disgusting", in the original Latin. One wonders if chard was the second most common greenery available? But let's talk about Charlemagne instead, because rather than being vulgar or common, Charlemagne was an emperor, a medieval one, and a benevolent one. That's pretty impressive. To control vast swaths of Europe during the dark ages, bringing people together...I'll take that namesake. And my quizzes are just as good. I swear.
