What makes a good dog lover? Are all dog lovers created equal? It's time to find out how you measure up. For every kind of, dog lover, or even those that (gasp!) don't agree they're (wo)man's best friend: we can tell you what your ideal dog breed is by answering these questions. Dog breeding populations have been kept since pre-historic times. The dogs of old would have looked and acted quite differently than our familiar breeds these days, but over thousands of years dogs did develop into specific groups: guard dogs, watch dogs, hunting dogs, and even "sighthounds". If you're curious, sighthounds aka gazehounds, hunt like eagles with their eyes and their incredible speed, instead of by smelling the way you might imagine. Regardless, as these groups sharpened, humans began naming specific breeds and accentuating the traits that we find so familiar today.

When Jessie was young, she always wanted to be a hairdresser. Turns out, writing quizzes and content for sites online involves cutting WAY less stuff off of people's heads. Who knew? But Jessie still cuts hair for her friends and family, who generally shy away from her friendly offers for a trim. Maybe it's the haircut, or maybe it's the trivia questions and obsession with the Kardashians that put them off. Jessie doesn't know, and Jessie is fine with that :)

Awardjoy is a great way to learn a little, while having a lot of fun. There are other quiz sites out there, but between our exceptional quiz writers, our simple and intuitive interface, and our limited use of adverts, Awardjoy is the enjoyable experience we really wanted to create.

While we did start with trivia quizzes, Awardjoy has since expanded to include personality activities, from fun quizzes to more serious assessments. The jury is out yet - but let us let us know what you think.

One thing we are certain of: this is just the beginning. As we continue to grow, refine, and improve, we would really like to let you know when we make important steps forward.
